Booking

A £100 booking fee is required to reserve your wedding or event date. This is non refundable. The booking fee payment can be paid by bank transfer or cash. Due to the nature of the business, your wedding or event date will not be held until a booking fee is paid.

The booking fee will be deducted from the wedding or event day balance, which will be due via bank transfer within 14 days of your trial.

Trials

Although not compulsory, it is highly recommended to attend a makeup trial in the lead up to your wedding (or event if discussed for your booking). Trials will be arranged after booking fee is paid to hold your wedding or event date.

If you have decided not to have a trial, we cannot accept responsibility if a chosen style or look does not work on a wedding or event day, or there are circumstances where there is a mismatch in styles, approach or expectations, and a refund on the wedding or event day will not be offered.

Trials are to be payed in advance of appointment.

Travel charges

PLEASE NOTE, travel charges may apply depending on the location of your appointment's for both your trial date and your wedding or event day. This will be calculated based on the distance from our start point, Nottm, to your chosen locations. A 20 mile round trip is included per appointment, there after mileage will be charged at 50p per mile.

For bookings over two hours drive away, accommodation the night before may be needed, this would be discussed upon booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made up to 91 days before the wedding or event day without any extra charges. Your original booking fee is still non refundable, please note if trials have taken place these are also non refundable.

If you cancel 90 days prior to your wedding or event day, 25% of the total wedding or event day rate quote will be charged.

If you cancel 60 days prior to your wedding or event day, 50% of the total wedding or event day rate quote will be charged.

If you cancel 30 days prior to your wedding or event day, you will then be charged 100% of the total wedding or event day rate quoted.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, your booking fee and any balance already paid will be refunded in full. Please note this would exclude any trial payments for services already carried out.

Allergies and Health concerns

Please inform us at the time of booking if anyone has any known allergies to any cosmetic products. We are not liable for any allergic reactions.

Please notify us if anyone in the bridal party or booking has any cold sores/contagious skin/eye infections on the wedding or event day. We reserve the right to not use certain products on clients with cold sores/contagious skin/eye infections. Own lipsticks may be necessary in the event of cold sores. We will not be liable for any reactions to any of the products used.

We have the right to cancel your booking or refuse our services on anyone at any time, if deemed to be of a hygiene/health risk, for example cold sores/colds and any other contagious illnesses.

All of our products, tools and brushes are cleaned and sanitised after each client.
